Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, and we only measure our adverts if you say yes.

Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), the studio you chose, and anything you write in the message box. We also record which page and advert you came from.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation or appointment. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (stores enquiries), Resend (sends email), Netlify (hosts the website) and, only if you accept cookies, Meta (measures our Facebook and Instagram adverts). These providers may process data outside the UK under standard safeguards.

Cookies

We use one optional cookie set by the Meta Pixel to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries. It only loads if you choose Accept. You can change your choice any time from “Cookie choices” in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting Amy on the number above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
